Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of Services

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Payments and Billing

Some features require credits or a paid plan. Prices are shown on our pricing page in US dollars and are processed through our payment provider, Stripe. By subscribing or buying a credit pack, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the amount shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes.

Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically. When you subscribe, your payment method is charged for the first period right away, and then again at the start of each billing period (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you chose) at the then-current price, until you cancel. This continues automatically so your access is not interrupted.

We may change subscription prices. If we do, we will notify you before the change takes effect, and the new price applies to your next renewal. If you do not agree to a new price, you can cancel before it takes effect.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for and does not renew after that. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused part of a billing period, except where required by law.

Credits

Credits are used to generate content, and one generation uses one credit. Free monthly credits and credits included in a subscription are granted at the start of each period and do not carry over to the next one. Credits in a one-time credit pack do not expire while your account is open. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for money.

Refunds

Subscription charges and credit-pack purchases are non-refundable once the billing period has started or the credits have been added to your account, except where a refund is required by law. If you were charged in error or have a billing problem, contact us within 14 days and we will review it in good faith.

Charges appear on your card statement with a descriptor that includes AudioToPost. If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us before disputing it with your bank so we can resolve it quickly.

Intellectual Property

Our website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through our services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks
• Use our services to distribute malware or other harmful code

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page.
